School season is here again and it is a great time to take care of your children’s dental needs.
Include these in your to-do list to ensure your children’s teeth are healthy:
- Brush twice daily – morning and before bed
- Flossing before bed time
- Tooth brush – replace after 3 months of use
- Pack healthy lunch and snacks: fresh fruits, apples, and carrots
- Protect teeth against injuries: mouth guard for contact sports
